Listed below are our common treatments that can be focused on different body parts as necessary. For example: back, neck, leg, back and shoulders, or full body.

Reflexology is a relaxing, non-intrusive treatment stimulating the reflexes in the feet, these reflexes correspond to the organs, glands, joints; in fact every different part of the body.
This complementary therapy encourages the body to heal itself and brings about balance of the body and mind.
It can relieve stress and tension, improve the blood supply and promotes unblocking of the nerve impulses.
During the treatment we can chat and discuss what’s going on for you or you can choose to close your eyes, relax and just enjoy the tranquil surroundings.
For some there are physical or emotional health benefits and for others there is just a deep sense of relaxation and a lightness of step as they walk away.
Reiki is a healing practice during which the therapist channels energy into the client to activate the natural healing processes of the client’s body and restore physical and emotional well-being. It is often referred to as hands-on healing, although it can be conducted equally well without physical contact. The treatment is given fully clothed in a quiet environment and is safe for adults, children, mothers–to–be and babies.
Reiki is well-known for its relaxing and stress-relieving qualities. The restful environment, gentle physical contact and warmth of the energy help to soothe both mind and body.
Reiki’s gentle energy is easily adapted to most medical conditions and may be used safely by people of all ages, as well as the elderly and those undergoing other treatments. It is a complementary therapy and works effectively alongside orthodox healthcare and natural remedies, therefore expanding treatment options.

An excellent anti-stress treatment incorporating the use of aroma therapy oils. It increases circulation and makes for an incredibly relaxing experience.
The Nervous System
Massage can have a very powerful sedative effect on the nerves, melting away the stress and strains of everyday life. Headaches can be relieved, patterns of insomnia can be broken, and states of impatience and irritation are soothed.
The Muscular System
Muscular aches, pains, fatigue, and stiffness can all be successfully treated with the healing art of massage. Cramps are reduced, old scar tissue broken down, and good muscle tone induced.
The Skeletal System
Disorders of the skeletal system, such as arthritis, benefit enormously from massage. Stiffness of the joints and pain can be reduced considerably.
The Circulatory System
Massage is excellent for improving the function of the heart and circulation. After a series of treatments, circulation will improve and blood pressure may fall.
