The Bodyflight Health Club is available for everyone to use: whether you are staying on site in our accommodation, just visiting for the day, or if you live in the local area. We have a gym, swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room for you to enjoy.
Children are welcome in the swimming pool provided they are closely supervised by an adult. Please note that weekends and school holidays are busy times for the health Club. The quietest times are during the afternoon’s mid-week in term time.

Our health club is open seven days a week. Doors open between 08:00 - 21:00

Our health club does not require you to sign contracts or pay joining fees. We have flexible options for all users.
NOTE: Under 16s are not permitted to use our gym and must have a supervising adult when using the pool.
Q: What time is the health club open?
A: The gym is open from 08:00 until 21:00 7 days a week. The pool is open from 08:30 until 20:45 7 days a week. Occasionally we do close for maintenance, holidays or other reasons. You can find up-to-date opening details on our Facebook page
Q: How warm is the pool?
A: Whilst we cannot guarantee the temperature of the pool we do try to keep it above 30 degrees.
Q: Do I have to be a member to use the health club?
A: No, you can pay for a day pass which is £12 for both the gym and the wet area (includes access to the pool, sauna and steam rooms) or pay only £7 to use either just the gym or the wet area. The price is the same for adults and children.
Q: Do children need to be accompanied by an adult?
A: Yes. Under 18s need to have an adult with them in the pool. You must be over 16 to use the gym.
Q: Can children go in the Sauna and Steam room?
A: No, the age limit for the sauna and steam room is 16.
Q: Does the pool get busy?
A: Yes at weekends and during the school holidays the pool gets very busy. The quietest time is weekday afternoons in term time.
