Q: If I buy a gift voucher, how long is it valid for?

A: All gift vouchers supplied by Twinwoods Adventure are valid for 12 months from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

Q: My voucher has Bodyflight and Flowhouse logos on it but I cannot see this on the list of voucher suppliers, what should I do?

A: You should choose Twinwoods Adventure as the voucher supplier. Bodyflight is now trading as Twinwoods Adventure following a recent rebrand and has also taken over the Flowrider operation at Bedford.

Q: Do I have to bring my gift voucher on the day?

A: Yes your voucher is the form of payment for your activity. If you don't present it to us upon check in then you may be charged to take part in the activity.

Opening Times

Q: What time is Twinwoods Adventure open?

A: The opening times for each activity vary from day to day however the activities and restaurant are all usually closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. The leisure centre is open 7 days a week. Restaurant opening hours do vary so please check in advance. You can check activity availability and make bookings online here.

Q: When is Peak and Off-Peak?

A: Peak time is usually weekends and school holidays. Off-peak is Wednesday to Friday during term time. Occasionally there might be exceptions to this depending on availability and demand.

Health Club

Q: What time is the health club open?

A: The gym is open from 08:00 until 21:00 7 days a week. The pool is open from 08:30 until 20:45 7 days a week. Occasionally we do close for maintenance, holidays or other reasons. You can find up to date opening details on our Facebook page

Q: How warm is the pool?

A: Whilst we cannot guarantee the temperature of the pool we do try to keep it above 30 degrees.

Q: Do I have to be a member to use the health club?

A: No, you can pay for a day pass which is £12 off peak for both the gym and the wet area (includes access to the pool, sauna and steam rooms) or pay only £7 off peak to use either just the gym or the wet area. The price is the same for adults and children.

Forms And Paperwork

Q: What paperwork do I need to bring with me?

A: If you have booked your activity using a gift voucher you must bring this with you on the day as without it you cannot take part. The lead booker should also bring ID that matches the name on the credit or debit card they used to book.

Q: Can I fill out the acceptance of risk forms in advance?

A: The acceptance of risk forms need to be completed on the day by an accompanying adult so they cannot be completed in advance. The accompanying adult will fill out the form, and therefore assume responsibility for all children taking part.
