Q. What do I wear in the Salt Cave?
A. Normal clothes that you don’t mind getting salt on. Shorts and a T-shirt are ideal. You will be given a hair net and shoe covers to wear as well.
Q. Is it hot in the Salt Cave?
A. The Salt Cave is normal room temperature. It is not a hot or cold treatment.
Q. How many people will be in the Salt Cave?
A. On a public session we can have 4 people in the Family cave (2 adults and 2 children) and up to 10 people in the Adult cave.
